Inventory history<br /><br />End of the 1980s, transferred from the Cottbus branch office of the Liegenschaftsdienst to the Barby archive depot and transferred to the BLHA in 1993 in the course of the return of the Brandenburg land register holdings from the Barby land register archive. For the transfer to the archive depot Barby a delivery directory was created. As part of the cataloguing of the land register holdings, in 2017 the records were recorded in the archive database.<br />The partial holdings contain land register volumes (land registers) which were kept before 1952 at the district courts of Calau, Cottbus, Peitz, Senftenberg and Spremberg.

Oberförsterei Köpenick

In 1895 the Oberförsterei (OF) Grünau-Dahme was branched off, in 1916 OF Köpenick was dissolved, remaining areas assigned to OF Grünau-Dahme; since 1924 under the administration of OF Potsdam.<br />1817-1819 under Forstinspektion (FI) Köpenick, 1819-1827 under FI Königs Wusterhausen, 1827-1850 FI Berlin, since 1850 FI Potsdam III (Köpenick), around 1900 FI Potsdam-Eberswalde.<br />Protection districts 1900: Erkner, Krummendamm, Müggelsee, Neue Scheune (Wuhlheide), forest warden in Alt-Krummendamm and Woltersdorf. (Branched off to Grünau-Dahme in 1895: Schmöckwitz, Grünau, Kanne, Fahlenberg and Müggelsheim).<br />Places or districts: Berlin, Biesdorf, Britz, Dahlwitz, Erkner, Fichtenau, Friedrichsfelde, Friedrichshagen, Hessenwinkel, Hirschgarten, Kiekemal, Klein Schönebeck, Köpenick, Krummendamm, Mahlsdorf, Müggelsee, Münchehofe, Neu-Rahnsdorf, Oberschöneweide, Rahnsdorf, Rahnsdorfer Mühle, Ravenstein, Rixdorf, Rüdersdorf, Rummelsburg, Schöneiche, Woltersdorfer Schleuse.

Contents of the fonds<br /><br />The fonds include personnel files and personnel records of teachers at elementary and secondary schools as well as trade and vocational schools in the Potsdam administrative district. The collection also contains personnel records of teachers working in Berlin and outside the administrative district who moved to the Potsdam administrative district after leaving the teaching profession.

Content of the holdings <br /><br />The holdings comprise personal files and personal documents of teachers at primary and secondary schools in the administrative district of Frankfurt (Oder). The collection also contains personal documents of teachers working outside the administrative district who moved their place of residence to the administrative district of Frankfurt (Oder) after leaving the teaching profession.
