Bestandsgeschichte: Das Archiv der Familie Wilbrand wurde in zwei Ablieferungen im Oktober und November 2002 von der Enkelin von Dr. Willi Wilbrand, Barbara Rabe v. Pappenheim geb. Nennewitz, im Staatsarchiv Darmstadt deponiert. Die bereits im Archiv vorhandene kleine Materialsammlung von Dr. Willi Wilbrand, die bislang den Bestand O 61 Wilbrand bildete, wurde aufgelöst und in das vorliegende Familienarchiv integriert. Weiteren Zuwachs erfuhr das Familienarchiv in den Jahren 2006 bis 2008 durch Abgaben von Dr. Med. Klaus Wilbrand, Eltville; Dr. Ulf Wilbrand, Burglengenfeld; Dr. Med.
