The collection comprises the collection and budget files of the museum. It has been divided into chapters for clarity. The first chapter summarizes the old correspondence files of the museum until about 1943. The second chapter covers the more recent files up to the current year (in progress). Chapter three is entitled "Discounts", although these are not real discounts, of course, but only parts of them. Chapter four mentions the old entrance and inventory books, as well as old object lists. The fifth chapter contains steps from the work of the museum. Chapter six summarises the files which do not belong to any of the preceding chapters. From the seventh chapter onwards, the budget documents follow (in process). The conservational processing of the files was limited to the removal of all metal parts as well as the transfer into archive-suitable file covers and boxes.
